The numerous representatives of CANIDAE family are found in all continents except for Antarctic. Dhole (CUON ALPINUS LEPTURUS) (CANIDAE) is one of the most interesting representatives of the family. The species area is vast but they are very rare. So dholes are classified by the IUCN as endangered species. As common wolves, dholes form packs. Two pairs of dholes were brought to the Moscow zoo some years ago from China. Every year both females give birth to 7-10 cubs.
